Week 20

This week I went with some co-workers and painted Van Goghs "Blossoming Almond Tree" after going through the Van Gogh exhibit at the Arizona Science Center.  Here are our creations!

Week 19

I live in the large metropolitian area of Phoenix but interspersed between the busy streets and neighborhoods you will find glimpses of the agricultural life that use to thrive here.  I drive past this field daily on my way home (it is in between neighborhoods and a gas station and large power station) and I finally got the nerve to pull over and take a shot of the field during the golden hour.  I love how it turned out, i've always wanted to capture a picture like it. 

I feel the beauty is in its simplicity.
