This past week I was in Las Vegas for a nursing conference, Slice of NTI.  Vegas is not my favorite place to go...I just dont dig the all you can eat, drink, play, sex vibe.  I think I would have enjoyed the conference more if it had been somewhere more beautiful like California!  Anyhoo, I thought the two above pictures captured the beauty (even if artificial) that Vegas does offer.  The ceiling in one of the entrances of the Forum Shops at Caesers Palace is pretty striking and the crystal chandeliers all over the Paris Casino were gorgeous.  I took so many picture of them but this one is my favorite because it is from a different perspective!

Week 14

This was taken on Good Friday at our church, Emmaus Road.  We walked through the Fourteen Scriptural Stations of the Cross.  It was a very connecting time with Jesus and understanding where he came from.  The whole experience was peaceful and insightful.
